Despite a life-long love for antiques, Jessica’s career began more traditionally. She has a BA and MBA from Duke University, and spent the last 10 years in corporate strategy consulting at both Bain and Company and The Parthenon Group, which brought her to Boston, New York City, and finally, back home to Houston.
She credits her parents for her love of antiques. Avid collectors themselves, until recently they had a house in Round Top, Texas, and her family has been attending the antique fair long before it was the production it is today. Jessica is a passionate collector, and it was her interior designer who, upon seeing how she loved and sourced special pieces, working with auction houses and dealers from all over the country, suggested she turn her experience into a full-time career. Her interior designer, in turn, became her first client.
More modern than a traditional antique store or dealer, Jessica understands how to mix antiques with contemporary decor for timeless style. Jessica specializes in custom furniture and decorative arts sourcing, finding the perfect piece for the space. Jessica additionally holds select stock in furniture and decorative smalls, like antique books, boxes and porcelain. She firmly believes that the finishing touches are the most important part of every room.
