Evan Mooney

Biography

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Evan grew up surrounded by and participating in a culture enlivened by the arts. Evan uses a variety of mediums to explore the balance between chaos and control. She loves color and texture and the play between the opposing forces in each.  Grateful for her family, her husband and three little ones, who inspire much of the energy found in her work, Evan’s greatest wish is to inspire hope and gladness in others. She currently resides in Charlottesville, Virginia.
