Biography

Jason DeMeo created JASPACE as an environment intended for exploration. Jason considers his studio, the artifacts he produces, and the engagement of the viewer as charged space for the possibility of transformation. His art seeks to create intersections between color, meaning, space, matter, and emotion. Each painting has been crafted with deep intention and is an invitation to you into the meaning-making process. While abstract expressionism has been his key influence, Jason’s desire is to bring a unique voice and heart to his work, while synthesizing the many influences that speak to him each day through music, nature, architecture, spirituality, and culture.
